A few months after the launch of its FPCI Othrys Actilog, Othrys Investment Management plans a first closing at the end of January 2022.
The objective of Othrys Actilog is mainly to acquire warehouses in France with the aim to reposition them to the needs of its users in the light industrial and logistic sectors.
In doing so, the fund will carry out value-added projects, and may also invest in development project.
