The Othrys team is very happy to be part of this project, and to see Metro France take possession of its future Lyon Gerland site.
Developped by Gingko, the building now reveals a facade that fits remarkably into the neighborhood of Gerland.
The building integrates over 3 levels, different areas dedicated to sales, urban logistics, and parking spaces.
For the specialist in food wholesale trade, it represents an innovative format designed to serve its multichannel strategy, by integrating wholesale trade and last mile delivery services.
Its location will also offer great proximity to its independent HoReCa clients based in the city center of Lyon.
