New Acquisition for Othrys

Othrys IM has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in the Clairions shopping centre in Auxerre, for an all-in acquisition cost of €17 million.

Anchored by an Auchan hypermarket, the asset generates recurring rental income from 20 tenants, primarily national retailers, and includes one vacant retail unit.

Othrys IM selected the asset for its strong appeal within the Clairions retail area, the leading shopping destination in Auxerre and the Yonne department.

The acquisition was completed on behalf of the OPPCI Othrys Exploitation, thereby completing its investment programme. The fund now holds three real estate assets with a combined valuation of €37 million.
