(2019.05.08) Othrys Asset Management will undertake the asset management of a retail park and an office building in France on behalf of Warburg–HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest), from September the 1st.
These two properties increase Othrys’ assets under management beyond €1bn. Its portfolio predominantly composed with retail and regional properties, now contains a second office asset in the suburb of Paris. Marie Ye, who joined Othrys in 2018 from Ivanhoe Cambridge in Canada, will be the Asset Manager responsible for this segment.
This new partnership is the opportunity for the asset management company to further diversify the activity into the office sector, as the intention for Warburg-HIH Invest is to extend this French platform with 200m€ additional investments within the next 2 years.
