2 new acquisitions in the Paris region

Acting on behalf of its investment funds, Othrys completed in early March the acquisition of two assets in the Greater Paris region totaling 20,000 sqm for an amount close to €30 million.

The first asset is a warehouse dedicated to industrial activities and last-mile logistics, located near Orly Airport. The property will undergo a restructuring program to meet the new operational requirements of its occupier.

The second asset is a mixed-use property comprising industrial and retail space, whose main tenant is La Plateforme du Bâtiment, a leading distributor of construction materials for building professionals.

With these acquisitions, Othrys continues to deploy its investment strategy in industrial and commercial real estate in the Greater Paris region, focusing on prime locations offering the strongest value growth potential within its target markets.
