Othrys completes two acquisitions in the Île-de-France region for nearly €30 million

Acting on behalf of its investment funds, Othrys completed in early March the acquisition of two assets in the Île-de-France region totaling 20,000 sqm for an amount close to €30 million.
The first asset is a warehouse dedicated to light industrial activities and last-mile logistics, located near Orly Airport.
The property will be refurbished to meet the evolving operational needs of its tenant.
The second asset is a mixed-use property comprising light industrial space and retail units, whose main tenant is La Plateforme du Bâtiment, a supplier specializing in building materials for construction professionals.
With these transactions, Othrys continues to deploy its investment strategy in industrial and commercial real estate in the Parisian region, targeting prime locations offering strong value-creation potential in its core markets.
