Othrys is strengthening its presence in Southern Europe with the development of Othrys Iberia , its Madrid-based platform dedicated to real estate investments in Spain and Portugal.
The entity is headed by Timothy Young and focuses on core+ and value-add investment strategies in the retail, logistics, and industrial real estate sectors. Othrys Iberia also participates in property development projects.
Othrys Iberia invests both on behalf of Othrys' discretionary funds and alongside institutional investors and family offices.
