Othrys Investment Management continues its investment program for the Othrys Actilog fund.

The management company has finalized the acquisition of a warehouse for €6.5m.

The warehouse, which has a surface area of 9,500 m², is located in the immediate vicinity of Lille. The site is currently occupied by an industrial operator whose departure is scheduled for 2025.

Once the site is vacant, the operation consists in the complete renovation of the building, with a view to offer 5 independent rental units.

The site benefits from a prime location within the Lille metropolitan area and suits well to urban logistics activities. The area is predominently occupied by the wholesale food market and various food logistics players.

The transaction was carried out by CBRE Lille, and Othrys was accompanied by the notary firm Lexfair and ETYO for the technical audits.

“This acquisition clearly illustrates Othrys Actilog’s strategy, which aims to carry out value adding projects on industrial warehouses. The operation also allows the relocation of the current operator SICAD to a new and larger site meeting its growth needs.

To complete the Othrys Actilog investment program, we are actively looking for light industrial and logistics warehouses to be upgraded with volumes ranging between €5 and €20 million.”

The FPCI Othrys Actilog is a professional fund reserved for eligible investors, whose performance is not guaranteed and investors are exposed to a risk of capital loss.
