Retail Acquisition by Othrys Iberia

Othrys Iberia is pleased to announce the acquisition of an existing 6,000 sqm retail asset, leased to Decathlon, located in Alicante, Spain.

The asset is situated within the Rabasa commercial and industrial park, a strategic and well-established location offering excellent accessibility and located approximately 8 minutes by car from Alicante city centre.

Decathlon has been operating from the site for over 25 years. The acquisition included the simultaneous signing of a new lease agreement. Othrys plans to implement a refurbishment programme of the parking areas and to develop additional retail units intended for restaurants and retail uses.

This transaction is fully in line with Othrys Iberia’s strategy of investing in high-quality commercial assets located in areas with strong economic fundamentals and significant value creation potential.
