The team has built a strong track record in the management of complex properties and large portfolios, which cover the majority of the French territory.

Our flexible platform brings together internal resources as well as close relationships with local authorities, subcontractors and all relevant market players.

Othrys Investment Management is authorized by the AMF under No GP 200000-20 to create and manage real-estate investment funds.

Sourcing, underwriting and acquiring properties is a cornerstone of our know-how. While our expertise is deployed at its full capacity in high returns and value-added opportunities, we also look for Core opportunities with a positive outlook in the long-term.
